I came to Iron Legion last July after spending several years trying to get over one injury or another, one flair up of joint pain after another. I have many health issues but I so wanted to work out and get strong as I could see my freedom and independence in life slipping away, if I didn't do something soon. I was slowly losing my ability to do things for myself and having to rely on others for help. I knew AJ from my previous job (she was actually my boss and the wonderful person who hired me). Iron Legion is awesome! Coach AJ is so knowledgeable and welcoming. I’ve been working with her for about 8 months and she has been so helpful in supporting me reach my goals. She is so warm and supportive and at the same time she challenges me in the best way. I can’t recommend this place enough!
