Cute and cozy place to stay a couple of blocks from ocean! The apartment was available last minute and is very spacious! I wish they had a screen door on the door leading to the porch(with a slight view of the ocean) so that we could've left that door open (their rules say keep closed-bugs) There are only several parking spots in the front but I believe there is additional parking close(I was lucky to get a front spot) I usually stay at another location (close by) BUT I will happily plan one of my (several) visits to Wells here next summer.
Just completed our 5th consecutive vacation at Haven by the Sea. In the last year the new owners (Scott & Ryan) have instituted a number of changes to enhance the vacation experience. We definitely noticed and greatly appreciated it! Sharaden truly is a wonderful representative for the facility- always upbeat, engages with all the guests and has an abundance of local knowledge to share with those new to the Wells Beach area. Yes we have already booked our return to the Haven for July 2027!

We had an incredible overnight stay in the jacuzzi suite and wonderful breakfast and hospitality the next morning. The staff and owners, all absolutely kind and caring and helpful. Lovely, well-maintained, comfortable and excellent breakfast and amenities. We were able to rent the common area for a small graduation gathering the afternoon prior to our stay. It worked out very, very well for ~20 family members to gather and was an excellent afforable diy alternative to a restaurant- we brought in pizzan, na beverages and paper plates etc and cleaned up after ourselves.
