The location is fantastic. Watching the waves crash against the seawall was one of our favorite parts of the stay.
The bed was really comfortable. Room #3 was a little dark because of the tree in front of the window, but that was a pretty minor thing.
Sheridan deserves a special mention. She’s a real asset to the inn — upbeat, friendly, and genuinely engaging. Her positive energy adds a lot to the experience.
We had another great stay and will definitely be back.
We loved staying here. Such a unique property - the conversion of the church to guest rooms and lovely public spaces was amazing. The decor was tasteful, interesting and totally comfy. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful, and our breakfasts were such a delicious & pleasant surprise!
We had the dog friendly suite and much appreciated the separate entrance to bring our fur baby out. The location was also primo as it was so accessible to the beach as well as to seal watching, ice cream etc… we will be back!
Absolutely loved our stay at Haven by the Sea in Maine! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, and it was the perfect place to relax and get away from the everyday hustle.
The atmosphere was amazing, the accommodations were comfortable, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel at home.
