When staying in Kennebunkport, we always stay at the William Jeffers House (part of the Captains Collection). It’s beautiful, comfortable, clean, and a perfect location to easily walk into town.
Hubby and I stayed here the second week of Kennebunkport’s 2nd week of Christmas Prelude. We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in one of houses closest to the road. Breakfast spread was pretty good along with the coffee and tea options. The room was updated and comfy along with a little prelit X-mas tree. A few challenges we had was the lack of plugs by the nightstands and the heater. I have to have a heating pad to sleep with and I wasn’t able to find a plug close enough. We got an extension cord and we were good. The heater worked VERY well. lol too well. We had to turn it off our whole stay to keep it cool enough to sleep. Great place to stay. The houses and rooms are stunning. Amazing service. The people were so lovely. Great location. Literal walk into town. So much character. We would definitely come back. The breakfast spread is lovely and a nice bonus. The fresh baked cookies in the afternoon were a treat. Umbrellas in the foyer to borrow if raining. So happy we stayed.
