We got 4 quotes from local roofing contractors for our ranch, and chose Dave. What stood out was Dave's eye for design. He pointed out a few things that he thought we should do that none of the others discussed at all, recommended a new drip-edge color to improve curb appeal, and did a few extra items I requested such as adding a bathroom exhaust vent so I could re-route the existing one (which vented through our soffit). His quote was competitive and once we signed the contract the job was done within a week. Communication was great once the contract was signed.
