We had Dave out to our house a couple weeks ago. He called me ahead of time to go over the problem and literally diagnosed the issue over the phone based on what I told him. We had a leak showing inside the bathroom ceiling and he said it was most likely the vent pipe gasket in the roof versus an entire roof job. Sure enough when he came over the next day he said he could see the gasket all cracked from the ground. He and his assistant put up the ladder and fixed the problem and were done in less than 90 minutes. Efficient, honest, reliable are how I would describe Dave and his work. Dave and his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof. They were able to get the job done in short order. They delivered on every promise and then some. They took the time to either move or protect anything that could be damaged while the team worked. They did an extra thorough job cleaning up afterward to ensure nothing was left behind, including sweeping the deck and sidewalks. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer. He and his team far exceeded our expectations.
