Having been a member for over five years, I have come to love the team..,trainers and staff, and look forward to getting a great workout daily, The trainers are very attentive to each person in the group, making corrections to form, modifying for various injuries, etc . It is the best way to start my day in the company of experienced trainers and fellow members,
I began going to The Body Architect several years ago at a time in my life when I needed to do something for myself. I was a busy 50+ small business owner and Mom who thought I could not be in the same shape as when I was young. Little by little incorporating Qigong into my workouts, I grew stronger and felt an overall sense of well being and confidence which has positively impacted everything I do. Never would I have dreamed I'd be on a runway for Goodwill's Little Black Dress last year at 59 showing a sculpted back! I adopted TBA 4 years ago. They keep us challenged and motivated to be our best. The team is fun and supportive. Last but not least, there is always bubbly or rosé get-togethers scheduled. The Euro touch no doubt.
