MVPT has been a great place for me. I was recommended by my primary care physician and Nicole has taken excellent care of me. She gives 100% at each session, and pays close attention to my feedback. Nicole pushes me to do more each time, always making sure there is no pain. I am amazed at the variety of exercises she has to accomplish something, she clearly has a lot of experience behind her and knows what will bring success. Nicole and the MVPT location is fairly new to the portland area but Nicole, a very experienced PT, relocated here from the NH MVPT and she is amazing! She immediately identified my issues at our first evaluation and after 4 weeks, I feel amazing! I was struggling with hip and glute issues and wanted to fix these issues before I started hiking this summer. I went on a short hike this weekend and had absolutely no pain or pinching. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable and was able to get me moving pain free! I highly recommend Nicole and MVPT. PLUS!! They accept many insurances!
Nicole is a top notch professional and I’ve been to a lot of PTs so far in my active life. She takes her time with each session, creates or modifies my exercise plan with expert care and attention. Portland is lucky to have her available for support- I recommend her without reservation.
