We, the family of Janet Phyllis Johnson, whose visitation was Jan. 21 and funeral Jan. 22 - cannot thank the staff of Jones, Rich & Barnes enough for their kindness, attention to detail, compassion and handling of our large group of people, the music we very much wanted to play and the care they took in getting us all lined up to process to the cemetery in South Portland. Additionally, when the monument company had misspelled Janet's name on the vault, your representative stayed with her at the gravesite in nearly zero-degree temps until it was fixed and she was completely laid to rest. Thank you. We traveled 1600 miles to make Janet's celebration of life as special as she was and you all made it a smooth and memorable time for all of us. Many blessings to you all. Please be sure the staff who took care of us both days know how much they're appreciated.
I cannot enough about this wonderful funeral home. My grandmother-Helen Whiting was entrusted to them and they did a amazing job. Most recently my brother in law-Enos Thomas passed away and once again they went above and beyond to make sure that our family and everyone that came to pay their respects was treated with dignity and respect. Mark Weston is amazing. Thank you for everything that you have done for my family members over the years.
I have not found the family care they give in many places . the people try to do as much as they can't to give the family comfort and support during your difficult time.they have taken my grandparents and parents . I for one appreciate the care they gave my loved ones and myself .
