I’ve been coming to House of J Henry for the past 2-3 years. I always book with Alana - very skilled & quick with a haircut. I am very particular with who I allow to cut my hair, even though I only go once or twice a year. Never have I left with a bad experience. Alana crushes!

I have gone to this salon numerous times to get a shampoo/blow dry with Alana. She does excellent work quickly and efficiently. Recently there was a scheduling glitch and the store manager (Cindy) personally called me to apologize and set the situation right. I was most impressed with her level of professionalism, service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Will definitely be returning.
