Gideon Asen LLC came highly recommended to me by an orthopedic surgeon. I was in the process of obtaining legal representation for my son, whom had unfortunately been the victim of medical malpractice by his PCP. I am a nurse and knew that for years my son received substandard care. However, finding a law firm willing to take on the challenges of proving this in court was my challenge.
