Yoga sessions can be tailored to your exact needs or you can take a more generalized class as well. Melissa traveled to accommodate on-site chair massages for an 8-person birthday/bachelorette I planned, and we are so grateful she did. She arrived exactly when she said she would, set up quickly, and made each of us feel so comfortable. Each person walked out of their 20-min chair massage like they were emerging from another dimension. It felt SO good. Melissa's communication ahead of the event was also excellent.
