Last year we had a hot water heater installed by PP&H and it works perfectly. Last week our 38 year old furnace inevitably let go for good. I called PP&H on a Friday morning and they still squeezed us in to come check it out that day. My husband and I let them know we were leaving for a trip next week and there was an immediate need to get a new one. Richard got us the quote later that night and on Tuesday AJ started the install. No, it wasn’t cheap but we got a great new oil furnace. AJ really is awesome - he was always respectful of our home, and on time each day as this was a 3 day job. PP&H has always taken care of us and I appreciate how they prioritized getting our new furnace in! Thank you again.
