While showering this morning the drain began to overflow. I stopped showering and moved upstairs to finish and my wife came running up to tell me that now water was going everywhere since the drains must have been tied together! I called a few plumbers who weren't available and finally got referred to a drain company who also wasn't available but he referred me to Southern Maine Sewer and Drain. Dave happened to be ten minutes away and quoted us $295. He arrived promptly, snaked the drain, then told us the job was actually cheaper than we described on the phone and only charged us $195.
