Phil showed up on time, and my house looks brand new now. He even explained the small black dots that black mulch can throw onto vinyl siding - who knew? Professional work, would hire again.
Phil is a true professional. He arrived exactly when he said he would. I could tell immediately that this was not his first rodeo! His pressure washing equipment is heavy duty and industrial quality. This allowed him to wash our 2 story saltbox house, attached garage, roof, and shed in less than 4 hours. House and garage look great. Highly recommend!
