Very responsive. We’re customers at two properties — one on #2 fuel oil, one on propane. Overall, we’ve been extremely happy. One or two billing issues over 20-yrs, but these were successfully resolved,. Maintenance programs are a good value. Strongly recommend Downeast Energy..

Your customer service is excellent. They’re very knowledgeable and considerate. Oil deliveries are timely. Your service techs are awesome. They come when scheduled and respond quickly to fix critical issues, such as no hot water.

We needed them to come out quickly and service our Heater, it was a new home and we never had propane before, they were prompt and informative and polite, the guy that came out explained everything to us.I am very happy with this company.Lisa & Jim
