“We’ve been dealing with a complicated shed concrete issue and despite two other companies bailing, we finally found a wonderful company who was able to think outside of the box and pivot to ensure our shed (attached to our home) was no longer sinking after erosion affected the area. It was no easy feat and despite trying what would have been an easier fix (and to no fault of their own - it really was a difficult repair), they eventually solutioned our shed concrete issue by installing piers into the concrete slab of our shed. Because of the difficulty of the project, this company kept us informed and rescheduled so quickly as they got closer to completion. I’m blown away by how dedicated their staff is (huge shout out to Isaac and Tristan for staying so late to make sure the job was completed - and all the labor associated with the project) - I truly feel like companies like this are really looking out for the homeowners and scope of the project (ensuring it’s done properly with the most cost effective option). I can’t thank you enough - this project is finally complete, and we are SO delighted everything is fixed and no longer a stress point for us.”

“In an emergency situation, with a broken pipe in my house and no water following a couple of the coldest days in state history, I was in desperate need of a plumber. I found out that the one we had previously used had retired, leaving me to call a number of local plumbers who I had no experience with. None of them answered the phone or returned messages, except one company who told me that since I wasn't an existing customer it would be at least a week to come out. To a house without water. Luckily, my wife received a recommendation to call Johnson Plumbing, and not only did they actually answer the phone, they told me they'd be out as soon as possible. I received a text message less than two hours later telling me they were on their way. They were then able to find the broken pipe and also repair it that same day. Amazing customer service.
