I can’t say enough good things about Kevin and his team. As a doggy daycare owner, a secure and safe yard for my dogs is absolutely vital, and McLaughlin Fencing did an incredible job repairing our fence in a timely fashion. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process, and left the space clean and secure so I could be back up and running in a days time. We worked with McLaughlin Fence Co. and are happy with our finished fence overall. The installation itself was done well, and we’re pleased with the final product.
The main challenge for us was communication throughout the process. At one point, the crew nearly arrived to install the fence before we had formally scheduled the project, which led to some confusion and a reschedule. In the meantime, materials intended for our project were used on another job, causing additional delays.
As for the installation, there were a few minor details left behind, including some pieces of material in the yard and two exposed screws. Nothing major.
