Not only does this facility/practice provide that, I have also found myself more physically fit, with less pain, and surrounded by a sense of community I didn't know I was longing for. Hot yoga itself is not for the weak of heart. It is challenging and will humble you, even if you think you're already quite fit, which was me on day one. They also offer classes for ALL levels though, so if you're considering it, come. You will not be disappointed. The DownTown Yoga environment and the energy you feel from the instructors, feels like a warm hug when you walk in. It's so welcoming and judgement -free. I've been coming for 5 months now and I think I'm a lifer. Highly recommend”
