“We just had heat pumps installed at our condo. Royal River was fabulous starting with Shane who gave us the bid and explained everything. The installers were amazing, professional, friendly and talented! I highly recommend Royal River Heat Pumps!”
“Excel Mechanical installed our heat pump heating and cooling systems in our high performance, deep energy home renovation. They designed and installed a fairly complicated whole house solution with three zones - two ducted systems (with humidification), non-ducted systems with three ceiling cassettes; as well as an Energy Recovery Ventilation system for the whole house. We also hired them to perform our preventative maintenance services to keep the equipment balanced and perforing optimally.
We have been extremely satisfied with the team - from owner and operations leaders, to dispatcher and technicians - everyone has shown that they are exceptionally professional, service-oriented and knowledgeable.
While they are not the low price leader in the market, they compensate by offering high value and proven expertise. We would highly recommend Excel Mechanical for any project they see as apropriate for their business.”
“It would be impossible to detail the complete extent of my satisfaction with the procurement and installation experience. From start to finish, professional, patient and friendly staff. Very clear on options, pricing and timing. Everything done actually as promised. I couldn't imagine why anyone would consider anyone else.
Both heat pumps making a huge difference. Thank you again.”
