I am a little displeased that twice, my propane delivery was canceled without me knowing (one time for unknown reasons and the other because I must have not shoveled the snow as good as is needed for the truck to drive up the driveway) I understand now why they were canceled, but I was not called and told about this, so I was in the dark as to why I hadn’t received a delivery.
Angie was very gracious and was able to get another delivery sent out within a day of me calling in. She even called back to let me know about how to potentially get sand from the town for the driveway. Being a new first...read full review

To the credit of DownEast Energy, they sent a technician to my residence to rectify the situation and expressed sincere apologies following my review. Consequently, I am awarding them four stars. Although the initial job should have been executed correctly, I value their accountability in addressing the error and returning to resolve the issue.
Previously a technician visited my home recently to perform the annual cleaning of the boiler. One would expect the area to be cleaner upon completion, but that was not the case. The technician left behind a mess, including water leaks, white residue on the wall, and a clogged basement drain.
Convenient and easy. Auto pay is very helpful for budget
