Very unfriendly customer service rep. I called them 8/25/23 and was told that they will call me back in 24/48 hours to set up propane delivery. I had to call them again because three weeks have gone by. I spoke with a Laura who was very unfriendly and not easy to talk to. She pretty much told me that everything that was said to me during my previous Aug call was not true. Downeast Energy charges you for everything. And I mean every little thing. I asked to speak to a supervisor and pretty much was not allowed to do so. Downeast Energy is out to make a Buck and they will find a way to get as much money as they can from you. Crooks and unfriendly

Downeast provided me with service and fuel delivery and set me up with an account when others turned me away because I was a "new" homeowner. That was back in 2005 and here I remain. Service is top notch and the people are friendly.Thank You Downeast!!

We have been a Downeast customer for decades and have always been pleased with the reliable service provided. On a couple of occasions our boiler system needed unexpected service during the coldest months of the year. Downeast responded immediately and quickly solved our problems. We know we can trust Downeast to keep us warm.
