I had received a few referrals to go see Ruth, and let me tell you.. almost 35, dealing with back pain on and off due to a four wheeler accident.. Tweaked my back over the week end, Texted Ruth and she got me in Next day. In just moments, she found the muscle responsible for the chaos, and just worked it for a half hour.. and my pain is gone. I didn't say I'm not sore...the tissue is damaged. But, I can move with no twinges or hints of a nerve acting up. I can stand up and sit down now without issue. I can't stress enough, she was super sweet.. super professional, especially for someone who has never had a professional massage! If you've tweaked your back, give Ruth a Crack.:D”

“Melanie Armstrong is an incredibly talented PT! Anyone who goes to her is in great hands! My daughter tore her left ACL playing soccer in the summer of 2023. During her first game back in the fall of 2024 she tore her right ACL. We didn’t think to go Melanie the first time because we typically go to Belfast for everything, but this time we went to Melanie and what a difference! I am sad we didn’t go to her the first time too! My daughter got one-one PT and her rehab experience was not only 100% better with Melanie, but I also feel she improved at a quicker rate. Melanie is trained in the graston technique so my daughter’s scars also look and feel better. My daughter finished PT this time around feeling stronger and much more confident in her knee thanks to Melanie’s awesome work with her. We can’t thank Melanie enough!”
