“I take Strong Bones and the Thursday morning yoga class with Kate. Kate and (sometimes Sonja!) are excellent instructors and create not just very effective classes but a wonderful sense of support and community in the classes. Laughter and empathy are not uncommon!”
“To say Joann Is gifted, is an understatement. She was so in tune with not only the physical pain, but emotional pain. She was able to release it all.”
“Just had an hour massage with Keely and all I can say is WOW.... A clean, relaxing, and peaceful atmosphere. She did such an amazing job finding places in my body that needed attention and care. I got to listen to the ocean waves and a lovely instrumental soundtrack. Thank you so much! I will definitely be returning. ❤️”
