“Reception is not great, they don't acknowledge when you arrive. I stood around for several minutes while staff worked at the computer. This was off putting for my first visit. The techs and doctor are very good. Went for a sick cat, they spent the time to determine what could be wrong, and explained everything well. Costs are reasonable for services.“

“I just went to Saco Veterinary Urgent Care for the first time as my regular vet hospital was booked for 4 days. My 5yo Pittie Mix was painful this morning, could not use stairs, and shaky. This place is GREAT! Support staff are very friendly. Dr. Pierre Giroux is very knowledgable. The triage and exam were thorough and he did not order a bunch of diagnostics to rule out X, Y, or Z (unlike a corporate ER in the area). Manage the pain with meds, monitor symptoms, repeat visit if symptoms do not subside or they worsen. Thank you for turning your practice into an Urgent Care that feels like your regular vet!“
