Reception is not great, they don't acknowledge when you arrive. I stood around for several minutes while staff worked at the computer. This was off putting for my first visit. The techs and doctor are very good. Went for a sick cat, they spent the time to determine what could be wrong, and explained everything well. Costs are reasonable for services.

I used to live in psycho Maine and I used to take my dog black Berry. He had a couple of surgeries on his tail. Doctors in the staff were so good to my dog and to my family went to week passed. They are very good. I recommend them

Dr. Cheney and the team are exceptional. I could not be happier with the way the staff treats me and my pet. The team is so sensitive and sympathetic when I'm stressed about my aging cat's health, and they give my cat the best care even though he is for sure a difficult patient. Dr. Cheney is extremely detailed when explaining things and very thoughtful with what she recommends. She listens to every concern I have, and is mindful of that with her answers. She gives every option but then narrows it down to what she thinks is best, and I completely trust her recommendations. It's such a relief to know we are in good hands!
