We brought our 5 year old kitty into MVMC's emergency department and were greeted with kindness and compassion. The diagnostic resources and technology are state of the art. The issue was identified and addressed with a positive outcome.Dr. Mortlock was outstanding and cared for our kitty as though she was her own. She kept us informed at every stage of the experience and her expertise and knowledge was evident from the very beginning of our experience. All the staff we interacted with were highly competent and gave us a sense of confidence that we and our kitty were in great hands. The staff and doctor who cared for us at MVMC were welcoming, caring, and extremely competent with our almost 16 year old Jaxson (Lab). We are extremely grateful for their compassionate end of life care. They have the hardest jobs of all. Thank you all. Janet & Tony
