I just love Tender Touch. We have a high anxiety dog who doesn’t like the vets. They have the fear free room which is great. We don’t even have to go into the building. We’ve had great experiences here with Ruben. Highly recommend!!
We are leaving a second review because the team at Tender Touch was not only great in taking care of our dogs when they were living, but incredibly sensitive and understanding with our dogs and us when we had to put them down. It was a very hard and emotional time for us, and Dr. Lyle and the vet techs went out of their way to be understanding and supportive. We have a new puppy now and we are happy to be coming to Tender Touch again!
Dr Risteen is absolutely amazing, I would recommend her times 100. She has a kind, easy approach, very understanding and down to earth. We loved her. The office is very nice and cozy, the staff are very welcoming and happy. I love how they call you in for your appt when they are ready, no extra stress for your pets.... 5 out of 5 from us.
