My dog is a rescue who spent the first 4.5 yrs of his life in a different world. He is socially extremely selective when it comes to humans. It takes a special skillset and sensitive touch by veterinary professionals for him to get the care he needs. Our most recent visit to Tender Touch was for an annual exam. Like our previous visits, Dr. Kotfila and the vet techs were exceptional with him. I am always so grateful for their compassion, intuition, and expertise. The whole staff is amazing but Dr. Kotfila & Amanda were so incredibly accommodating, patient & kind when I had to say goodbye to my littlest best friend. It’s something I won’t ever forget & I’m truly appreciative they made such an effort to make the process as easy as they could on both me and my sweet little man.
