We stayed at the Blue Nose for a night. Our room was very spacious with a fireplace and a giant bathroom. We had a balcony and an ocean view that was breathtaking. We went to the Great Room to have a cocktail and to listen to Bill Trowell play the piano. It was such a pleasure to listen to him play. His talent is exceptional.

We stayed at the Bluenose Inn for the last 2-day leg of our road trip honeymoon. It served as a wonderful home base as we explored Acadia National Park. Our room was beautiful with a view of the ocean. We enjoyed the several wonderful amenities such as the restaurant and the lounge. Would recommend to anyone looking for high quality accommodations for their stay in Bar Harbor!

We loved our stay at Bluenose Inn. Most everything was wonderful. The rooms were beautiful, very spacious. Housekeeping was phenomenal with towel animals on our daughters bed even. It was nice having the indoor & outdoor pool. The only negative for us was the piano bar. The piano bar is the piano & bar in the same room- but due to the piano part of the bar you couldn't go in to socialize, the focus was the piano. We were there on a family trip and would have really enjoyed grabbing drinks & socializing together.
