I highly recommend Bar Harbor Inn. My husband and I stayed for three nights and were made to feel welcome throughout our time there. We especially appreciated the gentlemen who were at the door - so friendly! We watched the sunrise at Cadillac Mountain, enjoyed the walkable shops and restaurants, hiked Acadia - rewarded ourselves with popovers at Jordan Pond, walked to the farmer's market on Sunday, took advantage of the spa (Navea is the best!), had the best dinner at Reading Room with an amazing view, and just enjoyed being there in such a beautiful location. The Bar Harbor Inn is truly one of the most amazing hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The views are absolutely breathtaking—million-dollar views from every angle. The location is perfect: tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing, yet just steps from all the downtown shops and restaurants. Our room was stunning with a balcony that over looked the harbor. We especially loved the fireplace and comfort of the beds & pillows.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. This was my first time staying in Bar Harbor and we stayed here for 3 nights. The room had a balcony with an ocean view. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom stocked with anything you might need. They always have water (still & sparkling), blueberry lemonade, coffee (decaf and regular), and a variety of teas available complimentary to guests in a little kitchen. This came in handy when we woke up at 2 AM to hike Cadillac Mountain. The complimentary breakfast is a gorgeous spread of a variety of food & delicious!
