I have been going here for a year and a half, two times a week, every week and this place has changed my entire life for the better!! it's not like any Physical Therapy I've ever gone to (I went on&off for 22yrs). For me my treatment is going on the electrical stimulation machine (higher powered Tens unit), ultrasound done, and Hands-On massaging. where she works out my knots and my trigger points and then I do stretching and strengthening. my therapist has never had a patient like me with the conditions that I have that's affecting my entire body. So we are a great team and work together smoothly to come up with great ideas on how to get me healthy and better. Almost Every one of my muscles, tendons, and ligaments are effected by my medical conditions. I cannot believe how many things that I can actually do now & how much of an actual life I have. I will be forever grateful to my doctor Kayla for what she's done for me she's absolutely incredible!!
Went here for two separate issues one for my shoulder and one for my foot. The thing that sets them apart from most physical therapy's is that they do bodywork. I prefer this type of therapy to have a massage in the area that is affected to help loosen up the muscles and then it helps when we do the actual physical therapy. Much more relaxing and helpful for recovery
