Recent life activities made me realize how working with Amy as a coach has not only prepared me to reach specific athletic goals, but prepared me to handle a family situation that required consecutive days of significant physical activities such as lifting, carrying, reaching overhead and a zillion stairs. This really brought home to me the value of having a coach who not only tailors workouts to your athletic goals, but also keeps your general fitness and strength at a level that allows you to do the everyday life, and the sometimes unexpected, activities that we all encounter.

I am so grateful for Amy Larsen. She is so kind, understanding and professional. She is a great example of staying fit and yet being non judgmental. I love her infinity pool! It helped me so much after my knee surgery. Thank you Amy.
