“I had my roof replaced by JAG Construction in 2020, and just recently I noticed moisture forming in my kitchen ceiling. I called Eric to see if he could stop by and determine where the leak might be coming from, and to my surprise he was out the very next day. Eric quickly identified that the caulk around the stack pipe had deteriorated from normal weather exposure, allowing water to travel down the pipe and into the ceiling. After diagnosing the issue, he went back to his office to get the materials needed and returned to properly seal the gap around the stack pipe.
His attentiveness, professionalism, and immediate response prevented any further damage, and I truly appreciate the level of care he showed. Steven was able to accurately diagnose my problems and provided me a very affordable solution. The very next morning , they had their crew at my house repairing the problem. The crew was very professional and courteous!!- I have had this same problem with my roof for at least a decade and have several different companies out to try and repair it .
