“***** 5 Star Rating *****We just had our roof replaced by Corley Roofing on January 11, 2024.We had some leaks that we had them take care of in the Fall of 2023.  What I really like about Johnny and Ricky Corley is that they do not try to sell you a new roof.  They recommended to us that we fix the leaks as we had a few and they were successfull in correcting.  We had bought the house in August of 2022 and Johnny told us that the roof had a nail over roof that they do not recommend.  We had architectural shingles over flat asphalt shingles.We had another leak and we had Johnny check and collectively we decided it was time to replace the roof.We received an estimate with details as to all the work that would be done.  The estimate was very clear and concise.We had ice and water shield put on the entire roof and then 25 year asphalt shingles.The work crew which was 7 people were very hard working, respectful, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after the roof was complete.At the end of the day we are very happy that we had Corley Roofing company do our new roof.  They are courteous, super knowledgeable, timely, professional, experienced, hard working and they get the job done correctly.We give them a 5 STAR Rating and Highly recommend them for all your roofing needs.“

The first time I hired them was for a major interior renovation of my personal residence in 2017, where they opened up the entire 1st floor, installed a new kitchen, reconfigured the entry way, finished the basement, added 2 new bathrooms and renovated a 3rd. That project took about 6 months. In 2022, we started a second job to completely renovate all 3 floors of a rental property, and it was a massive amount of work that included all new mechanical, electrical, plumbing (including under concrete slab drainage), structural changes, refinish the hardwood floors, a new kitchen and bathrooms, and tons of finishing work. “Tommy and his partner were very nice quick and efficient. I told them that I needed my room window done first because of a work meeting later in the day and they were able to finish is before my meeting with ample time. They used tarps to not get the place messy and they used a vacuum to clean up the debris that fell. They changed 8 windows in about 5 hours.“
