“It's an unorthodox setup, but that doesn't matter to me! In fact, it's kinda cozy in a way. I have very fine hair (and a lot of it!), but that doesn't stop their hairdressers from being able to make my mop look good unlike other places I've been where they accidentally cut my hair diagonally or miss a bunch. “I was reading through reviews and saw a mix of positive and negative. Those who love Natalie’s would never go anywhere else, while others who had a bad first experience said they wouldn’t return. My mom and I have been getting our nails done there since I was very little, and it has always been something special we enjoy doing together. At Natalie’s, they always do their best to seat us together and make sure we’re comfortable—especially when I was younger.

If you happen to have a bad experience, you probably just ended up with the wrong person. Natalie’s is a fantastic salon, and I don’t think one experience should keep someone from discovering what could become their new favorite place. I recommend reading through the reviews to see which nail technicians people love most based on what you need done, and making an appointment before leaving any negative feedback.
