It’s such an intimate experience because she doesn’t double book clients. I have never had to wait for someone to get out of her chair or felt like I was being rushed. Erin is always on time, incredibly patient, attentive, and truly listens to what you want. I am extremely tender headed, and she is so gentle while still making sure my hair is healthy and looks amazing.

One of the things I appreciate most is how versatile she is. I wear wigs most of the time, so she keeps my natural hair healthy with my wig braids and maintenance. My husband and son both have locs, and she keeps them looking fresh with their retwists and styles. She also does my four-year-old daughter’s hair, and anyone with a toddler knows that’s no small task. She’s so patient and kid-friendly. As long as your little one can sit for their appointment, she’ll take great care of them. My daughter is tender headed too, but Erin makes her wash, blow dry, and braiding experience as comfortable as possible.

She also pays attention to the little details that make every appointment enjoyable. There’s always a TV to watch, snacks, and bottled water available, making the entire experience feel relaxing instead of just another hair appointment.

“Jillian at Sirod’s Hair Gallery in Waldorf did an absolutely beautiful job on my daughter’s prom makeup. We were going for a glamorous Old Hollywood/Gatsby-inspired look to match her burgundy sequin dress and vintage waves, and she brought everything together perfectly.

The makeup photographed flawlessly and still looked elegant in person. Her eyes were stunning and defined without looking overdone, the skin finish was smooth and glowing, and the lip color complemented the entire look beautifully. Jillian really understood how to create a full glam look while still letting my daughter look like herself.
