I recently visited Kay-Z, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The salon was clean, well-organized, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable right away. I booked with Lele and she was amazing. The braiding process was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The quality of the braids was outstanding. They were neat, even, and securely done. I have received numerous compliments on my hair since getting it done. The braids have held up well, with minimal frizz or loosening even after a few. The pricing was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service and the time spent on my hair. I felt that I received excellent value for my money.
