“2/12/26 I can’t say enough about the care we received last night at CCAE. The staff was amazing! They went out their way to take care of our cat while constantly communicating treatment plans and options. We were there for hours and were consistently updated with his progress. They were kind, straightforward, patient and so very helpful. They were also, very cognizant of how expensive emergency care can be and took great care to make sure our little guy got the treatment he needed without unnecessary cost. When you are scared and trying to make decisions, that is very much appreciated. Our medical team was not only compassionate to our family but to other clients as well. While there, we witnessed their treatment of several devastated pet owners who unfortunately had to make life altering decisions for their pets. So THANK YOU Riley, Colleen P., Colleen M., Kelsey, Stephanie and Dr. Schulze. You not only saved our Jagger, but you got us through one terrible night❤️“

“I just lost my precious dachshund, Rusty. I have to talk of my experience at TLC. Dr. Lucas and I worked together when Rusty was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and later, kidney disease. We walked a tightrope, as Dr. Lucas described it, making medical decisions for both conditions. The heart condition alone usually has a year or less life expectancy. Rusty went on to 1 year and 8 months for me and my baby. In addition, the ladies loved on him sometimes calling him the Rust Man :) I even ended up going to a Vet ER before TLC opened, due to a breathing issue which can occur with the heart condition, and one of these wonderful ladies came and sat with me for several hours when she found out and got off work. I can't begin to describe the wonderful love shown to my boy at TLC. When he passed, there were tears from all, and Dr. Lucas called from his vacation to express his condolences. You will never go wrong bringing your sweet baby to TLC for Pets.“

We have 5 pets, 2 dogs, Makena and Kuki, and 3 cats, Chérie, Carmela and Emanuele, and all are trated by Dr. Wimmer, Dr. Sprando and the entire team at Carroll County Vet. We've recently had some scares, and the team has been our lifeline. The most difficult situation for us has been the ongoing treatment of Carmela and if it weren't for the incredible dedication of this amazing team of professionals I don't even know where we'd be. To all of you, our utmost grattitude for always being there for us and our babies, and for the care and love you've been showing our Carmela. “Dr. Gividen is great with my dog, who has a completely different personality when he is at the vet. He came from an abusive background and is very fearful. While at the vet, he has to be muzzled, and I give him meds before he arrives, but. Dr. Gividen and his staff are always good with him. They are efficient and get all of the “non-scary stuff“ out of the way before assessing him in areas that makes him fearful. They care about his well-being, don’t make me feel like they think he is a “bad” dog, and speak kindly to him while examining him. That means a lot to me and is just as important as the great medical care they give him.“
