Taris, Hope and Dr Lynch were wonderful! This location doesn't have xray but that's okay, they can always send you down the street to the sister location if you need one. There was a snag with registration and Taris was right on top of it. Hope was so sweet and quick. Dr Lynch listened, checked me out, and gave me what I needed. Everyone was clean and wore masks. I was in and out in half an hour, it was wonderful! Thank you!
Came in and was told my insurance wasn’t valid and Ms. Taris at the front desk spent 25 minutes on the phone with my insurance company to ensure I was seen today. The staff is extremely helpful and sweet, I recommend coming to this location for your needs. If I get sick this will be the Medstar location I will be going to.
Very easy to access from where I'm staying. I had an upper respiratory issue as well as an ear infection. Amber, NP, looked at my ears and acknowledged my suspicion of an ear infection in my left ear. She did not listen to my heart, lungs or check my glands. While I'm okay with that, I would suggest that becomes standard practice. Everyone was friendly and professional.
