I felt that the health care provider was patronizing. Because I am elderly I was addressed as Ms. Wanda. I am still a practicing professional and have preferred to be addressed as Ms. Williams. I think that health care provider must be cognizant of elderly bias behavior, Thanks
Since it's almost impossible to get seen by your primary doctor when you're ill, it's important to have an urgent clinic that you can trust. My family and I have always received very good care here and I recommend it highly.
The facility is nice and clean. The staff is polite. However, I was disappointed with the nurse practitioner. No exam and no blood work. She just asked what normally works when I have what I have. I can sort of understand not doing the blood work, but no exam? I could have just spoken to her on the phone.
