“I have used this firm once before for basement insulation and was impressed with work quality and communication.

This job was to correct a sagging corner on a deck and warped deck rails on the composite railings. They installed additional fasteners on the rails, corrected a sagging rim joist, and reinstalled decking----one day of work and the deck looks amazing and is sturdy (and level!). Better than promised and job site is cleaner than before the work!

I also asked them to repair rotted door jamb bases around my basement french door.....I was expecting a splice of composite material to the lowest few inches of the jamb. They replaced the pine jambs with PVC or some other composite on both sides all the way up. It looks amazing.....caulked and finished perfectly.

One more thing-----the office staff communicates well about timing of visits for estimates and scheduling for the work dates. Very impressive. Thanks!“

“This review is delayed and regards work Matt provided around the holiday season.
Matt hooked up security cameras so they run seamlessly in the house. He also helped adjust some light fixtures he noticed needed some work. We are happy with the final installation.
He also helped resolve an issue we had with a transformer for some interior lights of the house.
More importantly, Matt and I had a lengthy discussion about T&M contracts he uses. While I would recommend Matt for his professionalism, I would also encourage future clients (who might be more adept in this than I am) to have an upper limit in terms of time or money to ensure their expectations are not breached when they find the final bill. Matt was graceful enough to work through these issues with me and find a solution that worked for us.“

“Mark changed garbage disposal for new one, mine was 20 years old leaking, I purchased new one to plug in, Home Depot said it can be hardwired also, I didn’t have a plug, but Mark just installed one very quickly, my pipe was old and destroyed after he unscrewed it, so he changed that too very quickly. I had more problems than I thought because my house is old, but Mark took care of everything, he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the house. I have an engineering degree so I could see how great he was ( I had so many different people and companies in my house over the past 10 years and I don’t want any of them back) I am planning to use Mark’s company for my other projects in my house.
