I am so shocked by all the negativity in these reviews! My experience with Mr Fix It was incredible. He is extremely knowledgeable and mechanically gifted, and he handled a difficult double tire replacement for me with efficiency and grit. One thing you have to realize about these scooters is that many of them are manufactured cheaply or designed to be difficult to repair so that the customer chooses to repurchase rather than repair. He knows his tools, his repair skills are over the roof and I almost forgot to mention he is very professional with time management and handles electric scooters like his genotype is from it.
Amazing service! I was able to get my breaks tightened and the pads replaced in less than 20 mins on the same day I called. Absolutely can not recommend this guys service enough! 10/10
