Both for personal security and if they live up to their advertising. Randy exceeded our expectations. “I needed to prepare my house in Baltimore city for renters. Which means I have to pass a lead inspection. Beltway Builders scraped peeling paint on every surface of my basement and repainted things from ceiling to floor. They also fixed bubbling blemishes in my bathroom and repainted that, and refinished my hardwood floors on the first floor.
