“I went to my appointment and the doctor and staff were nice. Then the billing department did not run my appointment through my insurance and kept trying to Bill me $550. I called them to speak to them about it, and the person that I talked to said that they would take care of it. I then received another bill for $550. That happened five times and they kept telling me that I couldn't get my lenses until I paid $550. I called my insurance and they said that they do cover my lenses and appointment. I kept having the same issue over and over again, and that was in October. It is now January. Natoya called me and solved the whole problem for me and told me that my lenses were in and paid for by my insurance company. She worked really hard to fit me in and get me an appointment right away. I came in and got my lenses. They are great the doctor was nice and knowledgeable.
Natoya is amazing. I had planned on never coming here again because of all of the ridiculous drama with the billing department, but Natoya and the doctor that I saw completely made up for it. Natoya went above and beyond for me. She is amazing. Thank you Natoya. You are the reason why I will be coming back to the Lutherville location.“

“Alex knows his business. He doesn't sell cheap frames or cheap lenses. He is bluntly honest. If you can't deal with it don't shop here. He knows what frames will fit the shape of your face, the width of nasal bridge etc. I've been coming here for 10 years and won't go anywhere else. Lenses are extremely high quality. If you want stuff cheap don't come here. You get what you pay for. I no longer live in Maryland but I still come back here yearly to get my new glasses.“
