The entire staff worked with us affording us time in the waiting area to explore, the lovely staff kindly came out to greet my dogs w treats and sat on the floor, and I was encouraged with new ideas to be a better handler despite my agility training, I will receive new directions! The actual time with the doctor was full of peace, understanding, and kindness- one of a kind appointment. I am so grateful. I have training work ahead to make my next appointment better.
