I made a mistake and learned that the $15 administrative fee is for when the office has to call the pharmacy to coordinate the RX, etc. I thought I was going to be charged $15 for obtaining a written RX when coming into the Animal Care Clinic. I have since talked to them and found out that I would not be charged for picking up a written RX. I would like to change and withdrawal my previous comment of them being "Extortionists". When you make mistake, it is important to correct the comments and the review. I read the email and it wasn't clear enough for me and I placed the review negatively affecting the business. It was very easy to get a quick appointment. The front secretary was polite and efficient. We were able to get back to the appointment area quite quickly. The doctor was super approachable and answered many questions. He seemed very knowledgeable and was able to give us a prognosis and path forward despite my aging dog.

This animal care clinic helped me reunite a beautiful German Shepherd with its owners by scanning its microchip. While I was at their facility waiting for the owner, I noticed a sign that shared something to the extent that if this candle was glowing someone was currently experiencing the loss of a pet and to please respect them by speaking in low tones. The candle was glowing! I silently held back tears for the family when they left the clinic. My animals may have to change vets!
