My tenant moved out and I needed the apartment carpet cleaned for a showing the following day.The tech Jerome was ontime, introduced himself as the boss, was shown the job and proceeded to explain how he would eliminate the carpet dirt and stain.He did a prebuff, which agitated and lifted the dirt, then the other tech did a thorough steam cleaning. The service provided yesterday included deep cleaning two tile floors, two rugs, steaming and deep cleaning of two large couches that really needed it and a cloth chair. This is the best I remember my kitchen looking. The couch is probably five years old and is unrecognizable to me, it somehow looks fully and fluffier than when I bought it. The whole job was terrific as were the interactions with the team. Their friendliness, kindness and product added so much; I'm very grateful.“
