Excellent service and quality. The staff are super friendly. We tried another local cleaner when we first moved here but we immediately stopped using them because they kept “losing” our clothing that we dropped off and didn’t really express any concern in trying to locate the missing items. It was welcomed surprise to find that this place charged less in addition to having better customer service. Highly recommend that other join us in using these dry cleaners.

I’ve been going to this cleaners for almost 20 years now. The reason I’m leaving a review is because tonight the customer service was OUTSTANDING and so appreciated that I had to let people know! From day one up until now the consistency with quality, professionalism and customer service has always been great! I can’t ever think of any issue I ever experienced here and whenever I had a concern with my clothing -they immediately took care of it with no problem or complaints. I drive across town just to go here because I know what I’m getting. All of the staff are always friendly and welcoming as well.

The only cleaners I trust! Very reliable service; from dry cleaning to alterations. My boyfriend and I recently moved to Waldorf and I still go to State Cleaners for all of my dry cleaning/tailoring needs.
