This service was available with less than 10hrs notice. My tenant moved out and I needed the apartment carpet cleaned for a showing the following day.The tech Jerome was ontime, introduced himself as the boss, was shown the job and proceeded to explain how he would eliminate the carpet dirt and stain.He did a prebuff, which agitated and lifted the dirt, then the other tech did a thorough steam cleaning. They went back over a heavily soiled spot when asked.The overall experience was an Excellent one. The price was fair and the work was excellent, so I gave a good tip. I highly recommend this service over it's Angi's list competitors!Fred

Universal Cleaning Services has been entrusted with cleaning my apartment for almost half a year (once every week) and I must say, for the consistent level of service I have received thus far from their cleaning crew, it’s been quite the relief, amongst other positive emotions, for my family! Exceptional professional service on time as scheduled. Owner Jerome did an inspection and explained before performing services. I requested 6 rooms carpet to be cleaned and deodorized. After the carpet was cleaned it looked better than move in! My home smelled like lemons and citrus and the dirt was removed. I will continue to use Universal Cleaning Services!
