These guys are so nice and were willing to work with me on price. Also-got the carpets very clean. I don’t fully understand how it costs so much for such a short time, but I guess that’s DC service industry for you. Paid $362 for two 8x11 area rugs and a runner. Worth it because my other option is buying new rugs which would cost about the same-and I like my current rugs which aren’t available online anymore. Also they got some tough stains out. Knocked off a point in the review for the high price point and for leaving some water on the floor. Note: they didn’t flip the rugs over to do the underside.Service: Carpet cleaning

No hidden fees or surprises, which is always a win.They explained everything they were gonna do, and I could tell they were real pros.They used equipment and safe cleaning stuff that didn't mess with my pets or kids.
