They are very patient with my grandmother and treat her with respect, delicate care and a lot of patience. That is one thing that I love that both girls show, they are very patient with her since she has trouble walking and she is constantly in pain. I will mention something that displeased me the other day was the attitude of the other office admin that works in the Silver Spring branch. She was a bit rude and I did not appreciate that.“

827E Rockville Pike, Rockville“As a former strength coach and full time athlete, I can not express enough how relieved I am to find a rehab clinic that integrates chiropractic and PT in a way that makes your relief sustainable! They're not there to keep you coming back for adjustments, rather the staff here genuinely want to see you get better. My debilitating back injury took a turn for the better after just one visit, and I truly believe I've finally found the help I need to stop this injury from recurring.
Edit: Now that I’ve completed my full treatment plan for the back as well as a chronic knee problem left over from ACL surgery, I can say with even more confidence that Kaizo will do everything they can to get you back on your feet! Time will tell whether I can ski without a brace again, but with Matt and Dr. Sheldon’s help I’m now confidently jumping and sprinting almost like I used to. Thanks again to all at Kaizo for making this possible!“

I happened to find this place by chance after more than 6 months of therapy with a franchise therapy company without a good progress. At one point I was considering surgery. Bryan of Focused Physical Therapy took the time to reviewed my MRI report, narrowed down the causes, carefully explored different exercises and got feedback from me. I started my 1st session with them mid January 2023 and the pain was practically gone beginning of April 2023. I have been doing exercises he prescribed since then to keep it pain-free. Thank you so much to Bryan and technician Nathaniel. They were so dedicated to help the customers getting better as soon as possible.“

I was very impressed with every aspect of my visit; the impeccable office, the friendly and professional front desk staff, and the billing manager. Dr. James thoroughly explained my x-rays, answered all my questions and prepared a treatment plan. The adjustment itself only took about 15 minutes and he explained each step as he went along. I am excited to chart my progress and see how much better I can feel from now on!“

4405 East-West Hwy Suite 403, Bethesda“Before finding Bethesda Physiocare I had tried everything for my back pain (5 years of chiropractic care, PRP, etc.) and nothing worked. I finally found this practice and have finally found pain relief! Noelle and Nate are the best! I REALLY hated needles, but at my first appointment Noelle's compassion, understanding, and patience eased my concerns and now I am no longer afraid. They're also very knowledgeable and if you're the type of person who likes to ask a lot of questions about your health. Because they're a teaching facility, not only do they know everything, they know how to explain it to the target audience! Melissa on the front desk is also extremely personable and makes sure I'm taken care of in terms of all the back of house matters (dealing with insurance, calling and notifying me when my preferred appointment time becomes available). They have both early and late appointments so it's super convenient (I go here even though I live on the other end of the beltway !)“

Anjali Ghodake, Eva de Leon and the others at the N. Harrison Street facility in Arlington. They helped us work through an old injury and post-surgery recovery and gave us ways to keep it from causing pain in the future, with exercises that do not require a great deal of time but produce maximum benefit. And they are easy to get along with, which is important given how much time PT always takes.“

She's all about getting me taken care of when I am at her office, knows exactly where & how much pressure to apply when she's working on my back. Her office is easy to get in & out of. I would 100% recommend Dr. Beech as she's very experienced technically but gives you a mother's care treatment.

All of the practitioners are highly skilled and very caring, and they have a wide skill set no matter what your needs. They give individual attention to each patient with an emphasis on manual therapy and personalized rehab. The space is well laid out, friendly and easily accessible, and parking is easy. The front desk is very helpful and always communicates well. I recommend them to all my Pilates students and friends.“

The staff was incredible, Raven who I believe is the CA was just so amazing and kind and made me feel so comfortable as well as the front desk girl I forgot her name but she was so wonderful and always helped work around my schedule with patience, the doctor was also phenomenal he treated me with excellent care and was so knowledgeable in teaching me what to do at home to help out a little more with my exercises. 333 Hawaii Ave NE Suite 200, Washington“I am so grateful that I received treatment at this Active PT location right in the neighborhood! All the staff are friendly and professional. I was able to book an evaluation within a week of calling, and subsequent appointments were always so easy to schedule. The front desk staff are helpful and efficient, a combo that is so rare in DC health care offices! Most importantly, the PTs and other therapy staff are the best. I mostly worked with Carlos over the many months of my treatment, and he is attentive, caring, and always looking for additional ways to support a patient's recovery. He was so good I've been recommending anyone I know who is slightly considering PT to book an appointment and work with him! I also received treatment from Shawna and Jacob, who were both also very helpful and friendly. I also appreciated that parking was easy and free at this location, they were never too busy with patients so I never had to wait for help with my exercises, many staff are also fluent in Spanish, and there are even self-pay rates for ongoing training if your insurance coverage ends. Thank you for being such a critical part of my recovery in 2024!“

1101 Connecticut Ave NW, Suite 450 Office 405, Washington“I was training for a climb which involved following a rigorous, 4+month training plan. Less than 1 month into my training, I noticed a falloff (rather than advancement) in my progress. I was concerned that I wasn’t not gaining the strength I needed to accomplish my goal of summitting 20,000 ft over a multi-day climb, something considerably more demanding than anything I had ever attempted before.
I didn’t immediately realize it, but learned that I had overexerted myself too soon, coupled with using poor technique in many of my exercises. With only 3 months before I was supposed to leave for Argentina, I immediately looked for a physical therapist, met with 2, and felt your assessment of whether I could meet my goal, understanding my history and ability to tailor a plan was best.
Having had 3 surgeries on the same knee previously (2 cartilage clean ups and 1 ACL reconstruction), but having fully rehabbed each, I was surprised when my first month of training produced unexpected weakness around the knee muscles and some knee instability. I found it harder and increasingly painful to do the 200+ reps the plan suggested for the first week of training, but I did it anyway. Despite not getting either the improved endurance or confidence in my knee support level, I quickly realized that if I continued to train without “coach”, I was going to either get to Argentina and fall short of my goal or possibly injure myself, or both.
Prior to seeing Trupti, I was training at a gym by myself, using a training manual and You Tube to teach myself the proper form for each exercise. Having had physical therapy before, I knew I could not just power through this, but rather knew that I needed a professional’s help to create a plan of action that, working backward from my goal and by using the right exercises and technique, would help me avoid injury, measure my progress and help me finish my plan over the next 120 days.
What was unique with MMSSPT, was the free 30-minute discovery session which gave me an honest opinion and allowed me to see if we were a good fit for each other. The second thing that was really beneficial for me was the "hands-on" manual therapy which really helped more than just using ice and electronic equipment I had been given in other practices. I really benefited from all the steps I took, the guidance, encouragement and at times, tough love I received, things I had not received at other practices. Being on the other side of accomplishing a 6-day summit from my 20,000 ft climb – it was very clear that I couldn't have done it without Trupti’s help! This climb pushed me to the limit, and Trupti helped me keep my knee ligaments, structures and muscles in good shape without injury.
At 58, there are aches and pains which I know are inevitable, such as osteoarthritis, but I now have a maintenance plan and am on a good path that will enable me to stay active and keep on doing what I enjoy!“

In particular, she provides clear, helpful exercises that challenge my mobility without over-extending my ankle. I feel more confident in a full recovery with Maddie on my case. She is also kind and empathetic. The whole team is friendly and professional. Highly recommend.“
