Hello I took Jim’s class because I was a victim of DV. He was very warm and welcoming. Jim and the other students made us feel welcomed. We learned several Systema techniques to keep us safe from attacks. I believe this class would be very beneficial to other DV victims
I've studied many martial arts over the years, but none more effective than Systema.
